Every time i try and start cloud gaming it kicks me back to my menu screen

Don't worry, it's a problem currently affecting everyone, including myself. On the Xbox Cloud Gaming website, the "Play" button appears disabled, and when attempting to run a cloud game from the Xbox App on PC, it automatically closes instantly.

Xbox announced moments ago that it's a widespread emerging issue with Xbox Cloud Gaming, as you can see for yourself in the following link:

Given that the problem has been officially acknowledge by Xbox, we just need to be patient and wait for Xbox engineers to resolve the issue. They are actively working on fixing it as soon as possible. To check for updates on the progress or to find out when the problem is resolved, you can revisit the website link I shared earlier.



It's important to note that in this public forum, we are just players like you trying to help and guide other players.

I had this last night, when i loaded up BF3 it said i had to install multiplayer update(which i d/l the day it was released) then kicked me off live,so i went back to the dashboard and started the game again, no prompt for update this time but was told to
check network connection nearly every time i tried a karkand map then kicked back to main menu,only got as far as a black screen once

Mine let me reach the menu the first time I started it and let me play the first race. It now kicks me to the homescreen when I try to advance to the next race. Any time I try to restart it it immediately tries to load that next race...no option or way
to get to the title screen.

The combination of cloud saves you can't access and the game immediately thrusting you to the next event equals complete powerless failure.

I am having the same problem only this started occurring after I set up my Cable to work with my X1 and then turned on all power on/power off settings.

Then I tried to join a game I was invited to, and it kicked me back to the home screen.

So I rebooted and now I have a blank screen every time I boot up my xbox even though I can hear myself moving through the menu items

Trying it now. Right before I started the uninstall I checked one last time and bf4 kicked me back to the home screen seconds after starting the game. Tried to start it again and it started.

Got awhile to go before the reinstall is finished......
