Every time I test my network connection it doesn’t work

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Would it be okay if we perform the steps again but this time with Xbox support’s step? Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

‘Test Network Connection’ says its all good and that the console is connected to network.

’Test Multiplayer Connect’ says back up and try the test again. If it still doesn’t work, there maybe a problem with your network. (0x0000000000000000) thats 16 0’s.

When I run a test on the Nat Type, it registers as strict. For reference, before encountering these issues it was always open.

Do you need us to stay in the stable connection, which speed test doesn’t really even test. Especially with cellular networks are compromised by demand all the time. I suggest you play on Wi-Fi. It works fine with my iPad seventh generation, which is less powerful than an iPhone 12, so horsepower isn’t the problem

Every game I’ve tested with it, it doesn’t work.

Same issue on my X-Box for ages! I had good luck when I manually set a static DNS server in the Xbox's network config! The verified answer link sent me nowhere. :-/
