Every time I lose the internet my Xbox deactivates it being my Home console.

Isn't this just as simple as the console is not set as 'Home'?

If you try to play any Game Pass game on a console that is not set as your home console, it requires you to be on-line and signed in.

Your home console only needs to be on-line once every 30 days. I use a console that is not set as home and every time I lose internet connection, I get booted out the game and it won't let be back in until the internet come back on.

Also, when I lose connection and do a connection test, the Xbox will not connect to my router. It essentially is losing my router every time I try to do something that uses the Internet.

i tell my friends to deactivate the home xbox option from their consoles , but it still does not work , , just two of my friends had used it as their home xbox , i don't really know what's happening ??

I was one of the beta testers and have been with Microsoft since day one of live. After hearing the resent tweet I would have to say that after 2014 because I purchased out two years I will not be getting the new box this Christmas or supporting MS if that
console has to be always on. Every holiday of every month I go to my mothers house to eat and be with my family. She has no internet connection but we play Kinect and the other MS games and truly enjoy each others company without being on live. It's like the
old days when all your friends were at your home for a halo party. If MS takes this fun time with my family away and they truly believe that everyone has the internet in there homes then that's their lost. Since I have started bringing my xbox 360 to my mothers
every family member has went out and purchased an xbox and Kinect and now I don't have to bring my xbox just my gamer tag. My mom still doesn't have it, but if we must go online we head to my sisters basement. I know you guys are losing money but trust me
every time a gamer takes his xbox to a friends or families home you collect a new xbox and xbox live customer. Consoles don't succeed for one or two reasons: one, there push to fast for change aka Microsoft and two they don't change fast enough aka Nintendo.
The ones that always succeed or move from last to first are the Consoles that truly listen to the customers. MS don't stop listening now!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to launch games of the individual that set your Xbox as their Home Xbox.

I recommend that you
re-set your console as the Home Xbox once more to see if that helps with being able to launch those game.

Since you are not designating a different console as the Home Xbox, you should lose any of your switches.
