    All I wanna do is request a goddamn call but every time I go to the virtual agent to sign in it does nothing I’m also being charged on my account when I turned off reoccurring billing and I also paid for my one month Xbox live with Microsoft points yet you guys still charge me I am not a happy camper right now fix this now

    Hello Folley, I'm sorry this is happening, however to turn off automatic renewal or cancel a subscription that you have active in your account, click on the link below and log in with your account.

    1-Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

    2-Under the section Subscriptions, select View all subscriptions, and then select Manage next to the subscription that you want to cancel.

    3-Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

    I’ve been given a replacement code by Microsoft (not the standard 25 digit code) as a replacement but can’t speak to anyone if I try to speak to a virtual agent it asks me to sign in (which I already am) then nothing can’t log in, talk to a virtual agent or request a call, seems a very poor system

    Just so you know, we don’t have access to any user accounts or special tools, we’re just here to share tips and help out where we can.

    About your issue, support agents usually can’t do much when it comes to your account. They can’t reset or recover passwords, that’s something you’ll need to handle.

    When you try to log in, give it a shot using InPrivate or Incognito mode. What happens when you try? Does it say wrong password, or that the account doesn’t exist?

    No matter how many times I do the account recovery form, I am not being granted access to my own account. Can I please get real help?

    I have gotten to the Xbox support and gone through the virtual agent to help. Although, i does not give me an option to ask for the advanced department for the account takeover. Is there a number or am I in the wrong virtual agent?
