Every single Xbox game works online but MLB THE SHOW 23 won’t load anything online. I have tried everything from restarting the console, to wired/wireless connection, to even uninstalling the game. This has been going on for 2 weeks and I am not able to access any online features. I can load other online games but MLB 23 won’t load

Were you ever able to fix this. I had an Xbox one. Got the Xbox X series for christmas. MLB the show 23 is the ONLY game that wont load...

In this case, it would be best to reach out to the game support in that way they can investigate and check what is causing the issue.

Hello, I tried that and the game still says “server could not be accessed at this time” other games are allowing me onto their online platform

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor here to help you with your concern.

I checked on the game support's end and there was an issue but it was last April 18, 2023 and was already fixed. I checked the Xbox Live status page and everything seems to be up and running.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "
