Every single time I log into my Microsoft on my PlayStation it crashes anybody know how to...

I don't think it's Sony because it's happening to one of my friends and it wasn't doing this before the update and it's not doing it to any of my other accounts it's just that Microsoft

No, it absolutely is my account. I just used a generic family email to start the Xbox live account when I was 11. This isn't a legal issue, it's a simple log in verification that's automated. I know the login information to MY account. I know the 2 debit card numbers that have made every single purchase on the account. They are all in MY name. How in the world is there not a single person at Microsoft that can unlock my account so I can update my security information?

Is there a fix for this issue? Have to log in with the remoteconnect URL every single time i turn the game on on my Switch
