This symbol appears when you don't have the digital license for a game you have installed. However, it seems that the symbol is displayed in games for which we do have the digital licenses due to an error, as said by the volunteer moderator 'StuartATrueRed' in the following thread:

Since other players are experiencing the same issue, as you can see in the attached thread, and because it appears in all of your games but still allows you to play them without any problems, it is recommended to report this issue to Xbox using the instructions provided in the following link:

This way, Xbox engineers and technicians will investigate the reported problem and work on a solution as soon as possible.

Anyways, look for corrupt data on your harddrive or memory unit, doesnt matter what game it is if it has the yellow exclamation point in a circle or triangle delete it after that clear your cache and turn your xbox off and back on.

This has been going on all today every friend on my list ive talked to has been having prblems for every single game idk whats the issue

soz meant exclamation mark, it a red triangle with an exclamation mark inside it

Xbox live support is supposed to be calling me soon. Also under my subscriptions section on my Xbox the 3 month of gold does have a exclamation point inside a triangle symbol. I don't know what is going on but assumed Xbox had fixed it when the Xbox support
site was no longer saying problems were occuring.
