    That is correct

    You may see a test charge to validate the card that will dissolve in a few days, but as long as you still have time on your account you should not be charged
    Okay I just updated my credit card and switched to a newer one so I now have my GPU back. I know you said the "charge" is just a test charge, so i'm not actually getting charged $14.99, but should I turn off recurring billing before the month ends just in case I get charged $14.99 for next months sub?

    So, just to be super clear, since I have 2 years of gold active right now, I can buy only a single month of ultimate (a single one time payment of $14.99) and that single $14.99 payment will upgrade the entire 24 months to ultimate? Or will I be charged $14.99 every month for those 2 years?

    How are you charged monthly for the $99 Xbox?

    it would normally be a choice of direct debit or US equivalent or a recurring charge to a valid credit card

    and it would be a charge of $14.99 per month

    It's actually $2 for 2 months and after the 2 months has ended $14.99 will be charged to continue the gamepass subscription.
