    Burning games to hard drive before playing them?

    Yes I meant "installed" rather than burn haha. My bad. So it's normal to hear the disc spinning making noise for a couple minutes? I noticed after those first couple minutes the disc did stop and quieted down for sure

    Can you address the static noise because I hear a sound like hard disk accessing after the update. I also hear the coil whine noise when I start or close the console.

    I also us the A40's. I hear static every few minutes my one friend speaks using the A50's and the chat adapter. However, I don't hear any static when another friend talks using the basic the headset that comes with the xbox. The one using the regular mic
    said he heard static from me but none from the A50's.

    Having the same issue AND I have audible static noise whenever I move the analog stick. Can't hear my games over it either.

    Another quick question. Is it normal for the XBox to make a weird noise every few minutes. It makes a high frequency noise (like a beep) for around 1 second every few minutes. It also makes this noise on startup?
