Ever since the stupid Microsoft account integration I cannot purchase Realms subscription.

On my PC. I have played since 2012 without issues. Ever since the forced migration and having to connect to my Microsoft account, I can still login to the game with my usual details, but I can no longer access the Realms etc billing page, because it says I need to purchase the game.

That is obnoxious. Especially since they are now forcing Microsoft accounts to be paired with Minecraft accounts and other games, this cannot be a contained, short-term issue. For people like myself, it means that a $30 purchase is now rendered only 1/3 usable since I cannot access multiplayer servers or realms. The lack of customer service support from Microsoft in this area is just astounding. I will most probably try to get a refund or a new account shortly. Wish me luck

But were you able to purchase a Realms subscription with his account or you haven't tried yet? And you cannot see his child account anymore on the Family website (https://account.microsoft.com/family/)?

sorry but unfortunately you cannot refund a subscription since you already paid. if you want to stop recurring purchases go to you can do it in you Microsoft account.
