Ever since my camera got changed my I can't load my backwards comparable 360 saves or save ...

Basically what I said in the title. A few months ago my camera was changed, ever since then all the saves I had on backwards compatible game, that I had forged on the Xbox one were no longer available to load. I also now get a message saying I can play but
not save.

Error 8015000A with any Backwards Compatible game when trying to download profile.

I was told to post here by Xbox support. I have the same exact issue. Can play backwards comparable game but can't load profile to save any progress. Tried everything and nothing worked.

 

Online issues

Whenever i start a backwards compatible game on my xbox one I lose connection to xbox live, i have changed my gamertag since I upgraded to xbox one. It is impossible for me to lose connection due to bad wifi because it otherwise always works very well. I
want to know what i should do to fix this issue and keep playing lego star wars without having to start over since the game can't save when a profile isn't signed in. It is really frustrating for me whenever i play a backwards compatible game because I simply
can't save my progress.

 

Hey LegalTRIPGOAT! Can you clarify what you mean by Camera? Do you mean your gamertag, Kinect, or something else? Post back and let me know!

Hey LegalTRIPGOAT! When you launch a backward compatible game, launch the Xbox 360 guide by pressing the Menu and View buttons together. Are you able to sign in from there? If not, select Download profile and enter your account credentials. Post back and
