    Hey everyone,

    Im writing since I bought a Dolby Atmos home theater system about 1-2 months ago and I keep running into this issue everynow and then on my xbox whenever I try to access stuff like Vudu or Game clips. The screen goes black and I only get audio to the point that I have to power cycle both the xbox and the soundbar to get it fixed/reset. Is this an issue due to the xbox dolby atmos not being stable which causes problems with the soundbar?

    My soundbar doesnt seem to have a problem working directly with my tv and such and its only an issue in video apps inside the xbox.

    Xbox Dolby Atmos on Samsung HW-N950 not working but it works with Sky Q and the Samsung HW-N950

    Its problems with Atmos on home theatre that is the problem not headphones.

    The Xbox doesn't seem to recognise the soundbar's (Samsung HW-N950) Atmos capability when plugged into my TV (Samsung 65' Q9FN)

    Dolby Atmos quit on me this morning

    Background on my setup. Samsung HW-K950. Running a 5.1.2 setup and it's worked fine for months. Now in order to have any sound output from the xbox I have to change the audio settings to
    HDMI audio > bitstream out / Bitstream format > Dolby Digital. Before I could leave the second setting set to
    Dolby Atmos for home theater (HDMI only) and it worked fine.

    Dolby Atmos delay on Xbox Series X

    Have found that if I turn off Dolby atmos through the tv settings it helps with the delay. Digital sound out on auto and Dolby atmos setting off on tv only. My current set up is LG CX with Samsung Q850A Soundbar. Hope this helps.

    Netflix Not Outputting Dolby Atmos On Xbox One

    I have had the same issue with Netflix and Apple TV (a few months), no Dolby Atmos, although there is a label Dolby Atmos at the title and chosen track with Dolby Atmos in the application. My AVR shows a PCM input signal for this application.

    My setup is: Xbox Series X - Denon AVR X3700H - TV Samsung 75Q80T

    Hi Napalm

    Because my tv set Samsung is not so new and doesn't decode Dolby Atmos that is the reason for which I bought the XBOX ONE X to install the Netflix app in Xbox and to take out the Dolby Atmos from Xbox in Onkyo amplituner.

    Now, when I open the Netflix app on Xbox I can see which movie has or not the sound in Dolby Atmos. This feature can't see directly on Netflix app on Samsung because tv set Samsung is an old version and doesn't have eARC.

    Now, like I said ALL the GAMES and ALL the movie (Netflix) played on XBOX are in Dolby Atmos , no matter that they are or not in that sound format. THIS IS THE "PROBLEM".
