ever since august update all my game freeze and crash I have complained and nothing has been ...

for some reason (this has never happened before) now when I play call of duty advanced warfare, exo zombies the game will randomly freeze and make an odd stuttering/ buzzing noise and I have to exit and restart the
game. This has been happening since august 28th 2018 and its not only cod advanced warfare, it is all my games. I have done everything, from uninstalling and reinstalling games, resetting my xbox, cleaning out cache by going in settings and clicking on clear
xbox one data, I have done a full shut down/hard reset, I have delete all game data from all 4 of my gamer tags that is on my home xbox one x, I have been walked through every single step on the phone BY YOU and still the issue is not fixed! Because you won't
push out a update to fix the update in august that started this whole mess to start with, I did not pay tons of money for games to not be able to play them, if you continue to IGNORE ME I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE B.B.B AND DEMAND FULL REFUNDS ON ALL MY GAMES
THAT I CANT PLAY AT ALL. I am tired of sending in reports and nothing gets done, I never had a issues before until august 2018, AFTER THE SYSTEM UPDATE and it has been 4 ALMOST 5 MONTHS of non stop issues with games and apps freezing and crashing, 30
REPORTS AND I CALL and get no where, THIS IS LAME THAT WE ARE GOING ON MONTH 5 OF THESE ISSUES AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS CRAP MICROSOFT, JUST FIX THE ISSUES PLEASE.

STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED PROMOTION!!!

It has been 2 months since I sent in my receipt for the get the most promotion. I have contacted Questions@EPrizefullfilment, or whatever the email is. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! Nobody has been able to resolve this issue. I am disgusted
and appalled by the lack of customer service. I have been loyal to Xbox but Xbox sure as hell isn't loyal to its customers and I am proof. All that has to be done is a code is generated and sent to me via email. HOW DOES THAT TAKE 2 MONTHS.

Who can I contact to get this resolved. I've tried E prize, I'm trying this, who else is there to get this resolved, SO I CAN GET MY DAMN PROMOTION ALREADY!!!

 

RDR multiplayer broken

Hello People. I would like to bring something to your attention. The very popular game Red Dead Redemption made by Rockstar has been broken for months now. You can not play multiplayer at all! Some of the problems include:
Invisible horse, Invisible players, Long Loading Screens, Players sent to dashboard, Guns not shooting. These things make multiplayer unplayable. Rockstar has been made aware of the problem multiple times but has done nothing
but say they will look into it. It has been months now and they still have done nothing to fix the problem. But they are still selling the game without telling anyone before they buy it that it doesn't work. Please tell everyone of this problem. Please and

just to be sure please try the factory reset option mentioned on this support page:

https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

This usually will fix issues with freezing and crashing if it's not hardware related.

Have you tried a Factory Reset (Keep Game and Apps)?

I had to use it recently to stop Black Ops 4 from freezing on start up.

Factory Reset Guide

You don't lose any game data you will just need to Sign Back In and setup your Wi-Fi if your using it.

If you are in the Preview Program please report it since then the correct team can see the Crash Data

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with playing your Xbox.

If your console has been acting strangely like that an all the troubleshooting thus far has not helped resolve your issue, I would say that it's best to make sure that your network is set up properly as outlined on our site entitled

Network Settings on Xbox One and see if that helps.
