Event ID 1000 when running Fallout 76

Whenever I try to run Fallout 76, the following error event occurs.

I've tried to run it as an administrator, I've performed an SFC scan to repair corrupted files, but nothing seems to change it. I think it may have something to do with the access control of the Project76_GamePass.exe file, as the file's access for Users has an error stating 'This access control entry is corrupt. Delete it and create a new one.' But I've tried to figure out how to do that, and whenever I attempt to change the permissions for the file, it simply reopens the Advanced Security Settings page with 'Change' greyed out alongside the 'Add' and 'Remove' options, so I can't change this apparent corruption. I've tried to set permissions from the containing folder, but when I try to apply the folder's settings to it's contents, I receive the error 'Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied.' While researching how to fix that error, it seems that taking ownership of the file is the remedy, which I can't do. The kicker is, I even booted in Safe Mode and set Users as the owner of the file to try and bypass that, but it didn't change anything at all.
This issue persists after fully reinstalling the Windows Store and Fallout76, as well.

May I ask if this error 0xc0000005 only radiation 76 will appear?

If possible, please click search on the taskbar, enter "Event Viewer" and open it. Click "Windows Log" on the left side of the page to check whether the game error record can be seen in the log. If so, please click "Export Log" on the right side of the page and share the log file with me through OneDrive or other web disks. I'll help you analyze the logs to try to find the cause of this problem.

I was able to set the folder's ownership, but that didn't end up effecting the launching of the game. I also tried to apply to all child object permission entries, but it still threw the Failed to Enumerate error. I'll give Xbox Support a call, and in case someone has this problem in the future I'll come back and post their solution.

Please click the "change "button in the figure to Enter the setting, select "Enter the object name to select", enter "Everyone" here, click" Check Names "and click OK to save and exit.

The idea is to give the WindowsApps folder full access to anyone, and if that doesn't work, the problem may not be an account problem. I think you can contact Xbox Support for more help through live chat or call customer service.

Here's that window. My user account has full control, and I transferred ownership of the file to users earlier. Also, I got a message from Beryl - MSFT that said that since I hadn't replied in 96 hours that the thread would no longer be monitored, which I hope is not the case since it's been less than 24 in reality. I'll wait 48 before starting a new thread.

Sorry to have kept you waiting so long. I have checked the log you shared, and I really can't see more effective information in it.

I think we can return to the question of access that you mentioned in your question. Open the path C: \Program Files\WindowsApps\ again, right-click the WindowsApps folder and go to Properties - Security. You will see a window showing the permissions of all users on the computer for this account.

Please check whether the account you are currently logging in to the system has full permissions for the WiindowsApps folder. If you can, please post the screenshot of the window in the thread.
