Eu power converter

I just moved from the US and brought the family Xbox one(not s or x, it’s the normal one) with me but the power brick that came with it says it can only take a max of 127v and here the voltage is 220. I’ve been trying to find someway to get it work, maybe buy a different power brick, but anytime I think I’m getting somewhere I look at the reviews and they are bad.

Is there anywhere I can buy a Microsoft vouched(or something directly from them) product to make this work.

You should visit the local equivalent of GameStop who undoubtedly have official bricks for sale.

Just don't want to use the wrong thing and wreck the steering wheel.

apparently that is correct. i was not familiar with that possibility, but a quick search gave a good explanation as to why you should not use any power converters to use US devices in EU.

It is not possible. I got an Xbox one from US and can't use it in EU. You need a power converter which Microsoft doesn't sell. That is a big problem so that means your Xbox one is completely useless in an other country than the US.

I'm not sure about getting one part without the other, but remember that different countries in the EU have different power socket types. Make sure you get the right plug type for the country you will be using the Xbox One in.
