Discus and support Ethernet cable in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So i got an ethernet cable for internet speed to be more reliable..i plugged it in my xnox one and it worked great..until the next day i turned it on...     So i got an ethernet cable for internet speed to be more reliable..i plugged it in my xnox one and it worked great..until the next day i turned it on and it didnt work. I run a test and it "csnt connect to my DHCP server..i do what it tells me and it doesnt
    work..please help im tryns catch these victory royales lol

    Help please - After 4 months of multiplayer via Ethernet connection can now only connect with wifi. Have power cycle modem & console 5 times plus signed out twice.

    Power cycle your networking equipment and connect your console with a different Ethernet cable along with a reset of your consoles network settings.

    Let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

    Never thought of that, thank you very much.

    I'll have to bring it home and connect it to my tv again to make sure, but I'd say you are correct.

    Do you have permission from your office to do this? You may need to check with your IT team to confirm that they arent using vlan or subnetting off unknown devices.

    In my office the Xbox would be dumped onto a restricted vlan and as such you'd have no access to it and it would have no access anywhere.
