No as chrome doesn't support box format you have to setup the drive again on xbox as a new drive since you formatrd it the first-time

This is why you dont try and bypass the rules

I used a laptop/chromebook and it's not showing anything up for where I can install my games onto the hard drive but won't it just re-format the hard drive back onto the xbox?

Is there any way I can get my games back tho so I don't have to reinstall them? Cause all my games that I recently played was installed on the hard drive and now it's saying I don't have it installed.

You can't import mods like that only offical methods are allowed like ingame store or marketplaces

Nor can you bring pc files since you need to format any drive for game use
