Estus flask issue

Discus and support Estus flask issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm playing Dark Souls 3 and the blacksmith will not upgrade my estus flask.     Estus flask issue


    I'm playing Dark Souls 3 and the blacksmith will not upgrade my estus flask. I have 4 or 5 shards and he says I don't have an ashen flask shard. From all the videos I have watched all I need is flask shards to upgrade. Something is wrong with my game.

    Noob on Dark Souls :s

    Kindling allows you to get more estus flasks from a bonfire -

    Default bonfire - Refills up to five estus flasks

    Default bonfire with a Firekeeper - Refills up to 10 estus flasks

    Kindled Bonfire - 10 estus flasks

    Bonfire kindled a second time (after getting the rite of kindling) - 15 flasks

    Bonfire kindled a third time - 20 flasks.

    How to be a good phantom

    Protip: Humanity can work as an estus flask when you're a phantom if you have some lying around.

    Estus flask issue

    You need the ashen estus from the start of the game. Go back to the very starting area and pick it up.
