Estorno de Pontos do Microsoft Rewards[Translation-Reversal of Microsoft Rewards Points]

Efetuei a compra da Edição do Herói do Minecraft Dungeons, em 01.06.2020, e me tornei elegivel para ganhar 3.000 pontos do Microsoft Rewards, creditados na mesma data na minha conta.

Por um descuido, não utilizei um saldo de R$75 que expirariam antes da cobranca de uma pre-reserva que fiz e, por conta disso, solicitei o reembolso da compra do Dungeons para refazê-la utilizando esse saldo. Quando o reembolso foi processado, os 3.000 pontos
foram estornados da minha conta e, mesmo tendo refeito a compra no dia 02.06.2020, a Microsoft não creditou novamente os 3.000 pontos do Rewards e o card no aplicativo encontra-se como concluído, não me permitindo reutilizá-lo.

Entrei em contato com o chat da Microsoft em inglês (pois nenhum agente retorna minhas solicitações de ligação) e a única certeza que recebi foi que não estou elegível a receber de volta os pontos, pois foram resgatados em uma compra reembolsada.

Há algum lugar no suporte onde eu possa encaminhar essa ocorrência de forma que analisem o caso e, tendo eu refeito a compra no prazo, seja habilitdo para receber de volta esses pontos do Rewards?

[Translation-I purchased the Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition on 01.06.2020, and became eligible to earn 3,000 Microsoft Rewards points, credited on the same date to my account.

Is there somewhere in support where I can forward this occurrence so that they review the case and, having redone the purchase on time, be able to get back these Rewards points?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with rewards points. The reason they were taken away is you refunded the game. They were not added back due to the promotion was for most likely for a limited time. You can fill out a

Microsoft rewards form they will be able to assist you further.
