ESPN App Not Playing Anything On Demand

This app is borderline a waste. I'm attempting to play an on demand ufc fight and it constantly brings up the "unexpected error, error occurred trying to connect to our services". I have deleted and re-upload the app multiple times, hard reset my xbox multiple times, so please don't suggest those giant wastes of time. Can we get someone on here that can get this figured out? Anyone from ESPN or Microsoft that actually has some answers? Cause otherwise this app is pointless and a waste of my money for subscribing to ESPN+

Update... here's how to get the achievement.

Go to the ESPN app.

Start a video and press B to go full screen.

Say "XBOX" "GO TO ESPN APP"

Then say, "SPORTS GUIDE".

G'day Dwoop! Just to clarify, you can snap the ESPN app while you're playing a game or watching TV. Just say "Xbox, Snap ESPN" and it will be on the right side of your screen.

You can watch all of the World Cup matches with the ESPN app. I'm using the ESPN app on my Xbox One.

I'm pretty sure ESPN Or Microsoft will be releasing a new Update for that issue soon... Or the App is currently not programmed properly with the ESPN App ..
