ESPN app for Xbox one

My xbox one can't launch the ESPN app. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled it 10 times. I have reset my xbox, and router several times. The message I keep getting is it's only available in the United States. I am in the United States .

You can watch all of the World Cup matches with the ESPN app. I'm using the ESPN app on my Xbox One.

Okay this has been happening to me for several months. I’ve deduced that it’s my IP address and I will be calling my ISP on Monday morning to have them come out and see what’s wrong. I think my IP address is telling the app the wrong location....

If this thread isn’t locked by then, I will update you with my progress....
