    Da un paio di settimane sulla mia xbox one X non funziona più lo store: vengono visualizzate le varie icone aggiornate delle promozioni e offerte in corso per i giochi, le app, i film e le serie tv. Ma selezionando qualsiasi icona nello store compare il
    seguente messaggio di errore:

    “Devi installate il gioco o l’app associata a questo elemento.

    Assicurati di aver effettuato l’accesso ad xbox live e cercalo in microsoft store (0x80270254)”

    Ho provato piu volte a fare il reboot della console staccando anche l’alimentazione, ad andare off line e rientrare, a scollegarmi dalla rete wifi di casa e a ricollegarmi, ma niente ha funzionato.

    [Translation- A couple of weeks on my Xbox One X no longer works the store: Displays the various updated icons of promotions and offers in progress for games, apps, movies and TV series. But selecting any icon in the store shows the following error
    message: "You must install the game or app associated with this item. Make sure you are logged in to Xbox Live and look for it in the Microsoft Store (0x80270254) "

    I tried several times to reboot the console also detaching the power, to go off line and return, to disconnect from the WiFi network of home and reconnect, but nothing worked.]

    Soft Factory Reset     as the Xbox's operating system may need to be reset to factory settings. If you select Keep my games and apps, it won't delete any of your content. You will need to re-download your account and re-connect to WiFi.
