Error with microsoft and xbox app, help

Based on the information you provided, I would like to suggest some potential fixes.
(Skip the ones you already tried)

A. Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of the account.

Then, restart your PC, sign in with your own account on the Microsoft Store, and attempt to install the Xbox app from there.

Note: Make sure to check if your PC is up-to-date.

“B. Repair the Windows Store:

1. Go to settings> Update and Security> Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooter > Then click Windows Store apps.
2. Temporarily Disable the Anti-virus (if you have third party antivirus).
3. Run PowerShell as an administrator.
4. On PowerShell (run as administrator), copy and paste the command below:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

C. Repair the Windows Store and update components.

Open PowerShell with Admin or CMD with Admin (Press Windows key + X, then click Windows PowerShell (Admin))
Copy each line of command to PowerShell, then press enter (one line at a time)

net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc

Does it show any game? That error looks like a connection error. Close the app and restart your PC. Once the PC opens, don't open any other programs just open the Xbox (beta) app and see if you are getting the same error.

Open the Microsoft Store app and click the profile icon in the top right corner. Are you logged into the same account in the Microsoft Store as you are in the Xbox (beta) app?

If that doesn't help uninstall the app by right clicking the app in the Start menu and then re-install the app from the Microsoft Store app. Restart your computer and try again.

Hello LevgenBaklanov, may I suggest you create a Microsoft app password to bypass this error code on your Xbox One console? a Microsoft app password is a 22 digit string of random characters and numbers, you can use this 22 digit code as a password on

Ys in the Xbox app it is in my library in the Microsoft store is shows installed but I try to open the game from ALL APPS menu and nothing I get an error. I did the Microsoft help thing to uninstall and now even link in the start menu is gone but the store
still said installed and Xbox app

I don't believe it's related to an Xbox account. This particular error I'm not familiar with. The Windows forum has a post on troubleshooting apps:

Usually if one store app has a problem, the other ones will (such as Photos). Hope this helps!
