Error with History "mission"

I bought Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection which is listed in the History reward thing and also have completed at least 5 achievement but have been awarded for neither.

Not recieving reward credits

Hi im having trouble been awared reward credits for completed mission, nothing ever gets added to the counter, please help?

For example with this history mission it says spend £40 on a game from the list so i brought the ultimate edition of battlefield 1 that was in the list and still not received a single credit, to either my account or the counter in the mission page saying
earnt this mission?

My Rewards?

Only 8 days left to finish the mission, "Reward History: offer history repeats itself," and I'm afraid you will not update my rewards. Phase 1, "Return once more" and Phase 3, "Play with the old and the new", is not up to date. Please could you please correct
this

From the FAQ:

Level 1: HARKEN BACK ONCE MORE (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) — Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $50 before tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like Assassins Creed Unity, For Honor, and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood in
the Xbox Store, and movies and TV shows like Vikings, The White Princess, Black Sails, and Fury from Microsoft Movies & TV.

Level 3: PLAYETH WHAT’S OLDE OR NEWE (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you have not unlocked (completed) level 1, you cannot complete level 3. Since you have not met the spending requirement for level 1, you have not completed that part of the offer.

It can take us up to 96 hours to process and receive new purchase information, as outlined in the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since you just purchased your Avatar items on the 29th, we have not fully processed that data yet. Please allow more time for processing of those purchases. Regarding your Achievement unlocks, we have determined that there was an issue properly associating
your achievements with your deluxe edition purchases. We have adjusted these, and you should see the Credits pending for completion of that part of the offer shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

How so too many? Three backgrounds and three military histories. Six missions in all if they included stuff for the latter.

Background missions and Military missions could be largely separate.

If you didn't do the side missions to save the Quarian Admiral ( save him leaving his squad to die) or do legions side mission about the history of the Geth. You won't be able to have peace as a option.
