    Error while starting my digitally downloaded games.


    I am getting a error while starting my digitally downloaded games "that i need manage my subscriptions" with error code "0x803f800b"

    but i have my Xbox One Live Gold subscription valid till April 2018.

    Are you downloading stuff? If you're trying to launch digital games while downloading, that's the only time I ever get this error.

    Ryse campaign installing after game is digitally downloaded?

    You may have to reinstall it from the beginning as there may have been an error while downloading it. If you bought the game digitally, go to the game and app section, push start on ryse and manage game. Erase any save files or any content on their and than
    uninstall the game. Now for the hard part, redownload it and see if that did the trick

    I got the same error while trying to get a digital download. I thought it was that specific game at first, but now it's any/everything I try to download. I had to uninstall a game & reinstall it. The game got to 98% and won't finish. Same with the digital
    download, got to 100% and headed to install. Then got an error. Netflix wasn't working for me today and gave me some sort of different error, so I uninstalled that and went to reinstall -- got to 98% and stopped.
