Error while purchasing Tekken Tag Tournament 2 game on xbox one s.

Im trying to purchase the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on my xbox one s and its giving me an error ( your purchase cannot be complete at this time, please try again later )

I have tried it from my xbox console and also my computer. I do not get any error message on my xbox console ( every time i confirm the purchase, it starts over the purchasing process ), but when i try to buy it from my computer, it gives me the above error
message.

same thing happens when i try to get the Mirror's Edge game (which is free with Gold membership)

I was able to purchase some of the xbox 360 backward compatible games, but these two games are giving me trouble.

any help would be appreciated.

Does any one know if we able to play TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 or TEKKEN 6 on Xbox one?

Personally love Tekken Tag Tournament, though Tekken 2 and Soulblade, I believe it was called, were both good fun.
