Discus and support error while entering a redeem code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have a redeem code for a gold membership and i tried to enter it but it shows an error to try again later many time what is the problem...     Borderlands 2: Halloween Shift Codes

    These codes do not get entered under " redeem code" on the Xbox dashboard. They get put in while you are playing the game. You go to the main menu -> extras -> shift codes. And enter them there. Hope this helps.

    Have you tried redeeming the code on both the console and the website? What error message/code do you receive when you try on the console?

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. Sorry to hear about the trouble trying to redeem your Xbox live code. I would like to clarify a few things, are you trying to redeem the code through the Xbox, Xbox App or online? As suggested above by Sir Cool One
    Try re-entering the code on your gift card. If you have correctly entered the code, try redeeming the code online at
    Redeem Code.

    If you receive an error message with an error code when redeeming a prepaid code, go to
    Error & status code search to find a solution for your specific error code.
