    I am part of the Insider community and requested to leave today because I realized I wouldn’t be able to replace my HDD with an SSD while being an Insider. However, I still want to swap my HDD for an SSD. Has anyone managed to do this?

    I’m encountering an error—the current version of my system is 10.0.26100.3362. I can’t replace the HDD with the SSD, even after cloning one to the other. Is there anything I can do to complete this replacement?

    I have already followed Microsoft's procedures, but nothing works. I even tried other methods, but the result is the same.

    Offline game transfer from xb1 s to xb series s?

    Without internet connection, unfortunately it is not possible.

    The only offline option is to use a HDD/SSD to copy the games and then connect that HDD/SSD to the new console.

    Yes no Kinect port is a biggy. Also while the storage size is better they still only use outdated super low 5400rpm HDDS and the storage is probably non replaceable without opening the console. Its 2016. SSDs should be the norm for devices. Dont tell me
    theyre going to be using an HDD for xbox scorpio. It takes a PC 2 minutes to boot up on an HDD. But only 9 seconds with an SSD.

    Why are you replying to this as it looks as if the OP done a self repair and replaced the internal hdd with an ssd.

    im disappointed in lack of SSD.

    You can put a ssd in ps3 which I did for experimental purposes and since ps4 also allows you to change/replace the main HDD, you can always replace it with SSD. Im most likely gonna do it. I don't think xbox one allows you to change the HDD. You are stuck
    with xbox one as it is.
