    Fallout 3 code included with fallout 4 (physical copy)

    I was trying to redeem the code for fallout 3 which was included with my fallout 4 on both my xbox one and xbox.com however it came up with an error and could not redeem.

    First your account region must reflect your acfual region

    You can only change this every 3months under my account and change my region on this website if you live ajn a xbox live region

    After you make the change you have to changethe console location to match

    I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up

    Each of the codes are universal codes, not locked to certain regions. Could you post back the error code you get when you try to redeem Fallout 3? That will help us narrow down the cause of the issue! :)
