Error when trying to redeem a PC GAME PASS 3 MONTHS

So after I got a nitro on discord I got codes for me to claim as a reward.

After i try to redeem it it gives me this error.

Hello is it 3 months Xbox Game pass or 3 months Free Nitro for Discord? When you try to redeem what happens?? What errors if any show up? Do you currently have an active Xbox Live account?

Funnily enough, I went to show someone that the website was showing I was ineligible for the promotion (which I qualify for), but when I was showing them, it actually worked and gave me my key/code to redeem my 3 free months of PC Game Pass.

Yes, you can redeem them simultaneously. But I highly recommend redeeming your 3 months PC Game Pass first then redeeming your 2 months Game Pass Ultimate. In that way, your 3 months of PC Game Pass will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate so you'll get a total of 5 months of Game Pass Ultimate.
