    error when signing up


    hi, i get a screen saying i cant sign up for Live Rewards as i dont have XBOX Live. Well i do and it was only yesterday i managed to sign up for Live Rewards but needed to update billing details to convert rewards I had already earned, whilst doing so i
    had to pop out and never got round to carrying on untill now, when it says i haven't signed up.

    Is XBL down???

    My XBO wouldn't sign me into my account. I went to Xbox.com and I signed in but when I tried to goto preferences, I was signed out and given an error message. Anyone know what's going on?

    We have adjusted some information on your account, and you should be able to register in 96 hours. However, we do not see any previous Rewards Accounts for your account, so you do not have any previously earned Rewards Credits.
