Error when requesting repair on controller

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time."

Hi there,

if factory resets don't fix the issue, then it could very well be a hardware problem.

Just to be sure, please check
https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/errors/error-code-e105

to see if you have tried all the steps available.

If you tried all steps (which you likely have) then the next step would be to request a repair for the console, the process to request a repair will also show if the console is still in warranty or not and what the repair costs will be when outside of warranty.

The steps on how to request a repair are available on that same link.

Thanks but when I complete the form I get an error message so not possible to submit a repair request

I am also having this issue. When I try to request a repair all I get is a link with "error access denied" *** do I do to get help with a repair?
