    when i try claiming any of them i get the message "sorry we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. try again a little later"

    ive already checked and i do have an adult account and ive already redeem perks before a few months ago, but now that ive regotten the pass i cant redeem any

    Unfortunately, this is a known issue that is happening to me and other users. I'm afraid we have to wait for them to fix the problem with the app. I managed to redeem some offers on my phone and console.

    I apologize for this issue, unfortunately, this is happening to a lot of users as well. We believe that this is a momentary instability with the perk services. Microsoft is aware of this issue, since a lot of users have reported this already, and I believe is working to resolve it as we speak. Don't know exactly a timeframe for it to be fixed, but since it is happening for quite some time now, I do believe it will not take too long at this point. :) We just have to wait for the service to be normalized. I'm so sorry for your troubles.

    3Month gold member ship not work

    Try and see if you are able to actually use the gold membership perks. Put in a game and see if it lets you play online. I had a friend redeem a code, give her an error and when she contacted support the code had actually redeemed.

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I understand that you are unable to redeem your Game Pass Ultimate perks. Are you attempting to redeem your perks off of PC or console?

    If you have not done so already, please try to redeem your perks off of a mobile device. If you are using an Android phone, you should be able to redeem most perks. If you are using an Apple phone, you may be prompted to redeem perks on your PC.
