    Error when loging in XboxSmartGlass


    When trying to sign in to Xbox SmartGlass, an error appear:

    "There's a problem with your account. To fix the problem, go to https://account.live.com."

    I went to the website, but there isn't a option to fix the problem there.

    cant register my new xbox one !!!,

    I'm having the same issue where I cannot log into my account on my services.Xbox.. I can log into my gamer tag via Microsoft id on website but the same credentials yield error: access denied when loging into my services.Xbox... any suggestions??

    Hello,

    I just factory reset the console and re-downloaded my account, the error didn't popped-up when Sync was initiating, but when i loged-in, the "Buy GOLD offer" was on screen....so it didn't "fix" anything.

    My account region is UK the same goes for the console.

    Loging in?

    The account you used to sign in and request the code, is the account where the code can be used on. Except you filled an account recovery form for the other account then they'll send the code for that account.
