    Hello Thomas,

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to join party chat within the Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC.

    There are various steps provided through our
    NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"    , but if the issue persists even after the troubleshooting has been attempted, we would then recommend getting in contact with your internet service provider to discuss
    port forwarding for your PC, or to check on the general health of the current network hardware.

    Please try this and then let us know the results.

    If you call your ISP and tell them you need help formatting your router to help you game better they can also help fix the NAT settings!

    the party chat is still messed , when you get this error you have to try to exit from the party then join it again if this don't work you can try to start a new party chat , i hope they will fix it soon
