Error when attempting to reset password, can't access email

Hello everyone, yuki here i have a issue with password reset.. Everytime I attempt it gives me this error . I have credit card information on this account and badly need access to it again as well as want to play on it. and the only security I have is my phone is linked. Yet it won't send a code i cant access the email because it says I need to verify my identity and says to send a code to my phone number which is no issue on my part yet the system itself won't send the code and tells me to try later. so im just locked out it appears . This have been going on for 4 days now and when I contacted Xbox support they says they can't do anything without verifying its me but they can't send a code either without me havint access to my email? but what am I supposed to do when I forget my password and it won't let me reset it. because i can't get onto my email without my password right? And it won't let me reset my password....soooo uhm.???

I can't access the email that is associated with the gamertag. I have the ganertag and email but i cant access the email. I want to change the email so I can reset the password. So any attempt to send a reset password to the email that I cant get into
wont work. Or maybe I'm not understanding which is why I would love to speak with someone. Thanks again.

First of all, attempt to re-download your profile.

If that doesn't work .

Go to Account.live.com

Your email will still work to sign in here,

If you cant sign in:

- select the option "can't access your account?"

-Enter your Microsoft Email

-Attempt to reset the Password

Use the option ; "I can't use any of these options"

Fill out information about the account.

If that attempt is unsuccessful you can still have your password reset and MS account reactivated by contacting support and have them raise an escalation

You are required to have a passwordreset email maybe start practicing safe computing

any attempts to use a password reset email will result in an sms if you set it up you dont limit your security options

you dont include a password reset email or password you are going to be one of the thousands of I forgot the password and dont have access to the email forum post

then you will kick yourself when you didnt include current options
