Which region are you physically located in? Make sure your account region matches the region you're physically located in by migrating your Xbox Live account region. For steps to do this, check out the steps over on this

Unfortunately Ukraine is not an Xbox Live supported region, which is why that error is occurring. In order to avoid that error, you will need to redeem from a region that is Xbox Live supported. For a list of supported regions, check our Xbox

My apologies! I fixed that link for you. Unfortunately that is correct however. Since Ukraine is not an Xbox Live supported region, that's the reason you're receiving that error code.

 

My brother in russia, login with my account and try activate this code, but he can't do it. He see error.
