Error updating xbox one controller EN-ES

When I was updating my controller, the cable accidentally disconnected and now it doesn't sync with my console or pc. If I reconnect it to the Xbox, a window opens to update the remote, and , after accepting the steps, is blocked at 100% of the update. If
I try to connect the controller to my Lenovo PC with Windows 10, the application ''Xbox Accessories'' tells me: connect an Xbox controller to start, and the controller is already connected by usb.

The controller only work 10-15 sec. using a usb cable in the Xbox console. After 10-15 seconds, the controller stops working but the white light is still on. I've tried to update or synchronize the remote, but it's impossible. Microsoft's guide solutions
don't work in this case

Cuando estaba actualizando mi mando, el cable usb se desconectó accidentalmente y ahora no se sincroniza con mi consola o PC. Si lo vuelvo a conectar a la Xbox, se abre una ventana para actualizar el mando

Este error aveces surge debido a que no tienes suficiente espacio en tu unidad de Memoria o por apagar la consola en el progreso de Actualización ve al siguiente link:

• Did you try to go to the device manager and perform an update to the driver directly?

my controller is not recognized by windows. I have everything updated, and the bug fixer does not give me any solution. If I go into configuration -> devices -> controller-> controller properties tells me that it is an xbox controller, but the controller
does not recognize it properly because does not respond and the xbox accessories application does not recognize it either. In configuration -> devices appears as a ''controller'' but without being well installed as it is impossible to use.

In conclusion, my pc knows that I connect to the usb an xbox one controller but does not have the driver or the proper update to use it and my xbox tries to update every time I connect to the console but is frozen at 0% or 100% of the update, never ends.

Have you tried updating the controller on a Xbox console? If you are unable to you could uninstall the drivers. Also will give you

trouble shoot on updating controller.

How to uninstall the drivers:

1. Click Start, type Device Manager, and press enter.
2. Find and double-click the category the device whose driver you wish to uninstall (for example: you would select controllers)
3. Right click the device and click uninstall.
4. Windows will prompt you to confirm the uninstall of the driver. Click OK to remove the driver.
5. After uninstall is complete, reboot your computer as soon as possible.
6. After you reboot the PC then try and install the latest driver.
