error updating Forza Motorsport 5

While opening the game Forza Motorsport 5 today, the system wanted to update the game.

Once update startet, an error messsage occurs and update installation stopped with the following error message:

...enter 0x8007000a on xbox.com/errorhelp...

doing this on the web, code was not known.

Now the game does not start

What to do?

XBOX ONE - Am getting frequent updates on games - each saying approx 5 GB

Hi All,

I updated the game (Forza Motorsport 5), it was approx 5GB and also played it on the same day after updating. Then after 2 days I wanted to play same game (Forza Motorsport 5) that was updated but I got prompt saying "This game or app needs to be updated".

This is occurring for every game and not just FM5

 

i'm having the same problem... try to clean the cache by turnning off the power cable for 30 seconds but did not work.. any help from somebody?

 

Got the same Message with Digital Versions of Tomb Raider and Thief.

Any Solutions? Hints or Ideas? Microsoft?

 

yeah i have the same problem with battlefield. update error 0x8b050033 0x00000000 0x00000402 is what it said for mine though.
