Sorry to hear it. If you had a Silver membership when you tried to redeem then you'll be happy to know that it worked as you are now showing as Gold.

However, if you had a Gold membership prior to redeeming then try again at this link

You can buy 12month codes and stack them.I would upto.3 years then buy gamepass ultimate 1month for your free upgrade to 3 years

I purchased 2x 12months goldgame pass ers on cards in canada redeemed them no problems , then 3months ultimate gamepass in the store on series x , it says subscription and store region dont match . But they do ! Also the $1month ultimate you can buy in the store says the same in the pop up ?

you can get 1month 3months or 12months or 2 years

it goes abit cheaper the more months you buy per month

you pay in lump sum payment once with renewal later but like 12months will be only 5bucks per month by paying 59.95 vs 9.95 for 1month

or 19.95 for 3months

you are charged based on the subscription so 12months will be charged 59.95 without another charge till 12months or whatever you stack you can buy multiple subscription time upto 3 years at a time

but sometimes there are sales on subscription time on the dashboard or amazon or your local retailer

i sometimes get 13months for 59.95 or 14months for 49.95 depends (14months is no more so far as i seen)

the only thing xbox support workers can offer you is the breakdown between 1month and 12month membership

12month membership is cheaper then a 1 month

you pay 10dollars a month for 1month

a 12month membership is only 4dollars a month so in the end you are saving with a 12month membership at 59.95 depending on your region
