error trying to request a callback

ive been trying to get my account fixed from being shadowbanned from lfg for 3 weeks or something now, but support tells me to request a callback and they can sort it. When i try to however it gives me the error: ''We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.'', its been doing that for a week by now. All within business hours, and it gave me an eta in the callback option. It also doesnt work with my dads phone number. This is very annoying, since support over mail said they cant help me with my shadow ban. How do i request a callback, or get this stupid invisible obstacle out of the way?

i dont mean a ban, i mean a shadow ban

i have 0 enforcements. none active, pending or expired. its all on microshots end behind the scenes. I just get errors trying to do certain features like lfg.

someone in support told me to reqeust a callback to talk to them but that didnt work since i get an error there too.

I just tried requesting a call back under your method, entered +31 for netherlands, then the 6 [06 will be the start without the +31] and it also just gives an error. How do i reach them?
