    Hi,

    I am trying to cancel my auto renewal but get the following error: An error occured cancelling automatic renewal.

    Is there another way to cancel the auto renewal?

    You would need to contact xbox support to find out why it was cancelled you can reach them by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Why do people think that being in the previe program gets them EA Acess? To my knowledge the 2 are not mutually exclusive - EA Acess was never mentioned as a "feature" of the Update preview program...
