    Cancelling Auto Renewal

    Hi,

I am trying to cancel my auto renewal but get the following error: An error occured cancelling automatic renewal.

Is there another way to cancel the auto renewal?

    Cheers

    EA ACCESS

Why do people think that being in the previe program gets them EA Acess? To my knowledge the 2 are not mutually exclusive - EA Acess was never mentioned as a "feature" of the Update preview program...

Since you have an overdue payment you MUST pay that before you can purchase other membership or redeem membership.

Please go here and click "pay now" beside the amount in red, the overdue payment, and pay via credit/debit card:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

After you pay that payment you can cancel the subscription (no payments will be taken during this time that it's overdue).
