Error to accept an family invitation

My father invited me to his Microsoft family group.

I received am email with an invite. When I click accept invitation I get this error:

Detectamos atividades incomuns.

Aguarde para reenviar o convite.

Se você precisar de ajuda, compartilhe os detalhes do erro e esta ID de compartilhamento: 4RKegXdrYkC846ec.14.62 com suporte.

I already contact the support via chat. They only send me general instructions. Like this one: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ly-group-4a07b974-8103-16ad-6ea2-46549ca19e03

This I already followed. Also I followed other videos in youtube and forums.

The problem is not the procedure. As my father added my sister and mother already.

Only my account get error.

Note: I was in the past in a family group. I already left before my father invite me for this new one.

You have to be a child account

Ifyou have an adult.account you can't be added

What exactly are you trying to do

If trying to join friends and family xbox gamepass ultimate hats no longer possible as Irs being taken out of Beta and readying for public release soon all file accounts will be canceled and paid time for the left over time

I am a child account.

I want to play Minecraft online. For this I need to join a Microsoft family group. Once in the family group my father can allow online connection for multiplayer game.

1. My Father accessed his Microsoft account and invited me as a new member.

2. I got an email to accept the invitation: It is in Portuguese because we are Brazilian.

3. When I click "Aceitar Convite" (accept invite in english) I got this error:

I contact the Microsoft chat support. But they do not know how to handle this.

Thanks for your answer. To ensure that the family membership is correct, we did the following:

+ adult deleted my account from family

+ adult sent new invitation

+ I accepted the invitation

+ Result: In the adult's profile, my account is correctly listed. The error messages remain the same.

Any other suggestions?

It could be that they are unable to accept friend invites through their family/content settings...

I am sorry you are having this issue, if your Microsoft account is not an adult account but a children's account this might be the issue, whether or not you are using microsoft family settings or not. If the birthday age is less than 18 years old you have
a children's account, make sure this isn't the case, if it is you will have to wait until the account is 18 years from the date of birth on it for it to transfer to an adult account.
