    Error testing connection to Xbox Live


    Hello!

    I'm trying to connect to a home network in Xbox 360 but it occurred an error.

    I already turned off the console, i formatted the network to factory defaults, insert IP and others manually and did not resolved the problem.

    (When the test starts the wifi signal from my smartphone turns off).

    Connection Error     support page.

    If you are receiving an error whilst testing your Xbox LIVE connection, view the

    Connection Error     page, and select the error you are getting and follow the solutions given for that specific error.

    Go to the settings of your Xbox 360.

    In the network settings do a connection test to Xbox Live.

    At what point does the connection test to Xbox Live fail?

    Do you get an error message or error code?
