Error Starting MWII - Forcing me to purchase even though I already own it.

Thanks for the info! I tried everything except for the factory reset, but now there are more issues.

The whole MWII game application now won’t open, and instead gives me a message that says I’m not connected to the internet even though I am.

There’s also a second game that won’t open and gives me a message that I need to sign into the account that purchased the game. However, I am the account that purchased the game.

Other games open and play fine, and I also tried removing my account from the Xbox and resigning in.

A very confusing experience considering I’ve never had any issues with my console in the 2 years I’ve had it.

Check that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is active and has not expired.

Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet and the connection is stable.

Check the Xbox Live Service Status page to see if there are any known issues that could be causing your problem.

Try clearing the system cache on your Xbox by going to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.

Try resetting the Xbox's licensing components by going to Settings > System > Console info & updates > Reset console.

I have followed these steps and still face the same problem. It still asks me to purchase the game even though I already own Minecraft Bedrock.

I am still having problems with being able to join and invite friends on GTA Online. It still forces you to try to buy it even though you already own it.

I have same problem the DLC Landing Force is owned, but will not open. How do I fix this on my XBox One? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem, but with all the SE5 DLC. When I select any of the missions, it makes me log in to my account even though I'm already in, then tells me that I already own it. Yeah, I know, now let me play it!
