    Hi sorry for incovenience but i have FH5 paied 39 euros and from 1 to 2 week does not start at my first attempt to game

    to starts the game needs about 3 or 4 attempts and i want to fix this problem

    i am talking about the backwards compatible game Red Dead Redemption.

    I tried the soft factory reset as describend, but i get the same error. After that i tried the hard reset, but i still get the same error.

When first open xbox I see FH5 Still downloanding but after 30 second FH5 Dowloand dissapear like never start download. I really angry about this. Please help me ı want play this game so much

    This is not helpful. I've explained that I've tried most of those things already, and I have now tried to reinstall the store with still no fix. I would like to know if a refund for this game that I cannot install is possible, this is the only game I have with this issue. Could I please get a human?

    Forza Horizon 5 Crash on Startup

    Try opening an elevated command prompt (click Windows icon bottom left of screen....start typing "command prompt"...clik run as administrator on the option that appears) and typing the following in the window that appears:

    sfc/ scannow

    That will scan your system files for errors etc and attempt a fix.

    Is FH5 the only Game Pass game you are having issues with? I only ask as FH5 can be very troublesome for PC users
