Hi, brand new xbox one x, new batteries in controller. Playing Farcry5 last night and friend invited me to his game. Followed the invite instructions but could not join each others games. Error message snowshoe-593036CO appeared.

1) what does this mean exactly?

2) how do you fix it?

3) is there a UK contact number for support?

Firstly I use windows 11.

Fifa 22 and Far cry 5 are playing/launching. i was told to set up my computer since im a first time user, so i did, but the games still wont play. fifa 22 does not want to play and far cry 5 gives error messages, snowshoe-3FA3981E and snowshoe-9E42873B i going to try another game, forza horizon, still downloading. i suspect the same thing will happen.
