If your account is tied to a Hotmail or Live account, you may want to log in to Hotmail.com and edit your account from that site instead. You could also just call 1-800-4-myxbox and talk to them about removing the auto payment from your account.

Can you verify if you are able to change your password through the site (IE hotmail.com)? This may be a way to correct the system.

I preordered my CE from EB and it was supposedly shipped on Tuesday and I still haven't got it
