problem with downloading a digital game

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the download of a digital game, I get the error of installation stopped and I have already contacted xbox support and I did not solve my problem, what remains is to see if it is something related to the preview

    Download game issue(installation stopped)

So I purchased gow ultimate. Every time I try to install it it gets 20%-80% and then does an installation failed error. When I check the error it says its network related(think it says I have no internet). But I can download other games. Including halo MCC
which took longer but still installed. It does the installation stopped error on gow ultimate, gow 1(backwards compatibility) and viva pinyata(bc). I can delete and install any other games and it will download fine so its not network related.

Anyone know about cancelling a preordered so I can buy the disc?

    Installation stopped.

    Hey there Funkmonk05 -

While this could be an error relating to the Xbox One Preview Program, in addition to checking out those forums, please take a look at

this guide which relates to installations stopping as well.

    Keep us posted!

    Installation Stopped

There's a few troubleshooters I would recommend you take a quick look at. One deals a sort of "in-general" runaround for installation issues and the other deals with issues related to discs.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/game-installation-process-stops

There's also a third party source about specifically the "installation stopped" error here too.

    0x87DD0019 code.

Hi all, I am getting the same code (0x87dd0019) in relation to Forza 5 Day One downloadable content (using the code supplied in the box). It says installation stopped, and then gives me this error code.

Any ideas? Have tried to redeem the code again, but it says it has already been redeemed. Anyway to remove the failed download and start it again?
