As said above, I can't get his Xbox profile to work / download on my Xbox one. He does show up, but can't play, even when signed in to Xbox one. This all happens with more than one game. He is signed in to the Xbox, but again the problem is above.

hey ! I have a problem with loading the profile of a live network. I deleted my profile and tried to re-download my profile from the network and get the error 8015000A. ''Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. Error 8015000A''.

Thank you for responding. No, no error code. Its just a screen that pops up.

the top section of the screen is a grey banner with a red circle and a white x in it, then my sons tagname. Then there is a large central white section which has the message in it. Then there is a green banner at the bottom with OK in it. Then there are
two options below a green circle with A Select and a red circle with B Back.

Didnt work at all still says the same thing... im trying to play halo with a friend on the same xbox and it wont let me sign in but other games work
